Regulations, #compliance and international agreements will need to be UNDERSTOOD by #maritimeindustry, #aerospaceindustry #supplychain #aerospacemanufacturing #defenceindustry and #aerospaceindustries exporters. The #australiagroup, #wassenar Arrangements and the #MTCR plus the #ArmsTradeTreaty and reporting and compliance requirements must be known and understood by industry. Since this is primarily a sovereign responsibility of the #ministryofdefence, #ministryofexternalaffairs and #DGFT Government must require exporters to have a learned responsible qualified #complianceprofessionals on the same lines as a CFO/CTO/QA person. #msmesector #hal #bharatelectronics and companies fulfilling #offsets are particularly vulnerable to default.
